Chamomile is the perfect herb for so many things to do with Mums and Bubs, and during labour chamomile is relaxing and calming, and can help soothe tension physically, mentally & emotionally, as well as ease pain.

Mugwort, a classic wise women’s herb, is like the herbal midwife. It also helps to ease tension but can also stimulate and tone the uterus, which can have the effect of increasing the efficiency of labour and birth.

Clary Sage is another wonderful herb during labour, as it is relaxing to the mind and body, and helps you have more effective contractions.

Peppermint oil is stimulating and energising, & Rose, Rose Geranium and Orange round out the beautiful aroma, and help to reduce anxiety.
